For decades, the production of wall plates according to customer requirements has been an integral part of the LTI product portfolio. Through intensive development work and special know-how in the area of forming technology, LTI is able to present for the first time a completely self-developed wall plate with integrated diffuser. The advantages are obvious: low noise with higher efficiency.
By manufacturing the wall plate and diffuser out of one piece of sheet metal, a significant reduction of assembly costs can be achieved.
Within the technical possibilities, the contour and the height of the diffuser can be variably implemented according to customer requirements.
For the production of the wall plates we use pre-galvanized material. With powder coating the corrosion protection can increase and an individual coloring is possible.
We create the mounting surface for the guard grilles according to customer requirements.
The position of the cable bushing can be set flexibly by the customer.
The installation space and the mounting surface are similar to today's standard.
