The association for medium-sized enterprises and economy of the CDU Hohenlohekreis (MIT) meets regularly for interesting events.
For the meeting on 25.01.2018, the community of interest could win Dr. Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller - CEO of the machine manufacturer TRUMPF GmbH + Co. KG - as a guest speaker.

And which surrounding would suite better for a presentation by the TRUMPF boss in Hohenlohe than LTI? After all, LTI-Metalltechnik is one of the largest sheet metal processors in Germany and an important partner and customer of the TRUMPF group.

At the beginning of the event, the approx. 50 guests got a first impression of the field of sheet metal processing by watching the LTI corporate film.
Frank Isaak, Managing Director of LTI-Metalltechnik, explained a few key points of the company. One topic was the successful training concept of LTI, with which the company wants to counteract the shortage of skilled workers. On top, the MIT members were able to experience a sheet metal production live at the plant tour in Schöntal-Berlichingen.
In her guest lecture, Dr. Leibinger-Kammüller dedicated herself to Germany as a business location and the associated challenges and political framework conditions.

At the subsequent cozy get-together, the MIT members used the opportunity for a lively exchange.
