Predominantly, sheet-metal parts with thicknesses of 0.5–25 mm are processed.

Several latest generation 2D flatbed laser machines ensure for great efficiency and precision in machining contours and geometries. The automatic loading and unloading of raw materials and sheet-metal parts and a coupled shelving system accelerate the process and ensure the exceptional quality of the products.
Our core competences lie in the areas of chamfering and bending. This is clear just looking at the equipment of our extensive collection of machinery: Press brakes with handling robots and a fully automated Salvagnini chamfering centre with an integrated loading/unloading robot underline the bending proficiency of LTI-Metalltechnik. With our impressively wide range of special tools, we are best equipped for almost any bending request from our customers.
We ensure a finish to be admired. We thus ensure the flawless final condition of the products and guarantee the perfect-fitting further processing or assembling of parts. For the deburring, special deburring machines or vibratory grinders are used. Levelling is performed by the roller levelling machines.
